X-Rays

You may request that your dentist or physician forward any X-rays to our office. If there is not enough time, please pick them up and bring them to our office. If additional X-rays are needed, they can be taken at our office.

: All patients under 19 years of age must be accompanied by a parent or guardian at the consultation visit with Dr. [doctor_name].

A preparatory consultation and physical examination is mandatory for patients who will have IV anesthesia administered for surgery. Do not eat or drink for eight hours prior to your surgery. You will need to have someone to drive you home.
